love always Cabo

If you have ever been to Mexico then you know the feeling When you get the itch for Mexico to Mexico you must go.

And so a quick trip to Cabo it was. We stayed at The Cape a Thompson Hotel which is just a little more away from the down town Cabo scene with an epic view of the el Arco!

I've stayed at a Thompson hotel before and they always have exceptional service on top of how chic, stylish, and up to date each hotel is. They really put so much effort into their properties to make them special and it shows in every way right down to how amazing they smell!

Plus doesn't everyone want to check in and be welcomed with tequila?

Of course for me when the craving for Mexico comes so do the taco cravings. This craving is deep in me I was ruined when it comes to tacos, about 4 years or so ago now Logan and I were driving down Baja during the 1000 on our way to the race mile we were supposed to meet our team mates and get in the race truck (the truck never made it to us but thats another story) anyways somewhere around Catavina we pulled over to a taco stand(someones front yard making/selling tacos) and I had pastor tacos like I had never had before in my life and was changed forever. I crave them. Every time I think of getting tacos I wish I could teleport myself there and get those tacos. So needless to say finding legit tacos was first thing on our agenda. And then churros, and lounging by the pool and beach.

We hit up the down town Cabo zone the next day and stopped by Flora Farms little dt market before taking a boat ride out and about around the arch and to try to see lovers beach. Sad for us the waves were to huge that day so we couldn't make it to shore but it made for a super fun boat ride.

Cabo puts a spell on you the warm dry ocean breeze brushing across you skin and the heavy salt from the ocean in your hair can make you feel like the day will never end and theres not a worry in the world... but isn't that how vacation should make you feel?

The Cape had insane restaurants so we never left our hotel again until it was time to head to the airport and fly back home. We had rented a car so on the way to the air port we went to Flora's Field Kitchen in San Jos Del Cabo. And let me tell you this compound was just purely magical and I would like to move in.
